As part of the celebration of International Women’s Rights Day, we had the pleasure of organizing a meeting on managing mental load, a major issue for women in their professional and personal lives.
On this occasion, we had the honor of welcoming Dr. Fatma Zohra Benmoussa, a doctor in intercultural psychology and sports psychologist, who provided valuable insights on this subject, particularly in the workplace and during the month of Ramadan.
